Connor Cocklin M.S., CSCS
I am a Strength Coach, Personal Trainer and Manager at Brewhouse Barbell.
I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
I have a M.S. degree in Sports Data Analytics, along with studying Exercise Physiology, Anatomy and Physiology, and the application of proper resistance training. I have had advanced level coursework in Research Methodology, meaning I can sift through the nuances of research and analyze the best course of action to benefit you.
I studied Athlete Tracking in Monitoring, and Sports Data Analytics, where I gathered the ability to not just measure and collect performance-based data but apply them towards an actual change in performance. While my particular lab dealt more with sponsorship recognition and eye tracking data, I have worked on many exercise science studies ranging from the efficacy of collagen as a recovery supplement to seeing how occlusion effects peripheral vs central fatigue.
“What gets measured, gets managed.” – Peter Drucker
I love taking people who might doubt their physical abilities and show them that they have the ability to train properly and be pain free. I love helping people change their lives for the better through exercise and proper nutrition.
